| A word of thanks! The Jefferson Middle School Band would like to thank its benefactors for helping to provide, maintain, and update the band's equipment and music library during the 2005-2006 school year. This year's support has included: - 24 new Wenger Classic 50 music stands
- A new Adams Soloist 3.5 octave xylophone
- $500 in new music for concert performances
- Two privately donated clarinets
- Finale 2006 music software
- A dehumidifier to maintain safe instrument storage conditions
Special thanks go to the Jefferson Middle School PTO, former principal Mike McClane, interim principal David Holt, our county technology staff, band parents Diane Grantham and Dawn Kistner, and the donors of the two clarinets. Most importantly, the band thanks the parents, friends, family members, and teachers who support the band members in their musical journey. Your positive comments and encouragement are two of the most important ingredients in creativing a great band environment in Jefferson County.
